ArcheAge Roleplay

Tucked away neatly in the woods well behind enemy lines in the passes of Ynystere they waited. The breathing of their horses all that could be heard. There it was, the tell tale sign of a convoy, the thick fuel smoke rising up over the tree line. With thundering hooves the Dragoons poured out of the forests, their golden sigils gleaming in the sunlight. It was quick work butchering the guards and civilian caravaneers. In short order the supplies were loaded up in their own vehicles and moved to a hidden cove to see the enemies supplies never reached their intended destination. For now the Aurum Dragoons were in the employ of the Crescent Throne. Next month however? Perhaps the Harani or the Firran Tribes would pay better, gold was gold, and each side seemed to bleed the same color.



The Aurum Dragoons is a mercenary company with a reputation of brutality, caring not for most conventions of warfare. They are known to fight asymmetrically when found behind enemy lines. When working for the main Nuian force the Dragoons are forward scouts or fast moving fringe force. The Dragoons have established their main base of operation in Ahinimar outside the jurisdiction of both major governments. The Golden Dragon Tavern is where individuals can seek them out for contract or to join their ranks.

OOC-The Aurum Dragoons played ArchAge on Tahyang at launch as the Freehold of Arandor. Returning to Archeage Unchained we decided to roll up new characters and a new guild concept. The Guild has been together since 2004 and started in Lineage 2. We moved to Warhammer online, Aion, ArcheAge, and a short run in Bless before that game folded. We are the only RP clan to contest and hold a Castle, we dominated the 1x1 and 3x3 fair and balanced arena rankings, we held hero spots, and helped lead server event raids, operated one of the largest and most successful townships and hosted many regular RP events including(Freehold privateering nights!) We are excited to play in ArcheAge again without the cash shop p2w aspect of its first rendition. We have always been a PvP focused RP guild, that prefer to roleplay within the game we are playing, fully embracing world happenings, mechanics, and environment as part of our Role Play. This Version we will be a bit darker, and more cut throat then our previous AA story.
